Resources

Resource contributors are people and organizations who are part of the Treaty Alliance and concerned with and committed to the development of an international binding agreement to stop corporate impunity and to hold transnational corporations accountable under human rights law.  The below resources are a compilation of civil society critiques and analyses of the second revised draft Treaty or Legally Binding Instrument (LBI) that was published on 7 August 2020 by Ecuador, the Chairperson of the UN Treaty process. They also represent reactions to the current ongoing Sixth Session of the IGWG happening both in Geneva and online.
